If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased on our website. Returned items must be free of deodorant marks, makeup, animal fur, excessive wrinkling and perfumes/scents or no credit will be issued.

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit only in the form of an E-Gift Card
  • The E-Gift cards do not expire
  • Store Credit E-Gift cards are applied to the email address provided at the time of the original purchase and cannot be changed



  • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned
  • Body Suits are final sale
  • Bralettes are final sale
  • All Accessories are final sale
  • All original tags must be attached (Opulent Love tags and Vendor tags)
  • Returned items must be free of deodorant marks, makeup, animal fur, excessive wrinkling, and perfumes/scents or no credit will be issued.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive credit if items are damaged and/or not in original condition. A shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.


  • Returned shoes must be in original condition and show no signs of wear on the shoe soles or laces. They must be free of any stains, scuffs, animal fur and perfumes/scents.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • The original shoe box must be placed in another structured cardboard box (do not ship in polybag) for shipping in order to protect the shoes and its corresponding box from damage.
  • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept your return, and your account will be charged for shipping fees to send the item back to you.
  • Please email to obtain an RMA to return your item. Items without an RMA will not be accepted. In the email, please include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.). Once your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA, returning instructions and the address to send the return to.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: Shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Upon delivery of your return, please allow 5 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
  • You will receive an online store credit via email. For security purposes, the store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on. We cannot apply the credit to a different email/account.

Opulent Love Apparel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

All items are inspected for quality before leaving our warehouse. In the very rare event you receive a damaged item, please email immediately upon receipt of package.
